機(jī)器介紹
本機(jī)為雙輥式水磨砂光機(jī)，借助噴水裝置和水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，采用濕法砂光，對(duì)金屬類和石材表面進(jìn)行拉絲拋光處理。采用特殊材料及工藝制作的軟性膠輥，研磨砂光力度容易控制，精確度高，性能穩(wěn)定。光電元件、擺動(dòng)氣缸、電器件、軸承等都經(jīng)過防水、防銹處理，使用壽命更高。裝有過載、氣壓過低、漏電、跑帶、缺相等保護(hù)，以上任何一種出現(xiàn)故障，設(shè)備都會(huì)自動(dòng)停止，并緊急制動(dòng)，保證生產(chǎn)安全。
This machine is a double-roller water-grinding sander, with the help of water-jet device and water circulation system, it adopts wet sanding to brushed and polished bl type and stone surface. The soft rubber roller made by special material and process, the grinding and sanding strength is easy to control, high precision and stable perbance. Optical components, oscillating cylinders, electrical parts, bearings, etc. are treated with water-proof and rust-proof, with higher service life. Equipped with protection for overload, low air pressure, leakage, running belt and lack of equation, if any of the above fails, the equipment will automatically stop and emergency brake to ensure production safety.
