china plans to build a higher level of public service system for fitness and physical activity, according to a newly released set of guidelines. the country will increase the supply of basic services oriented toward public fitness and sports to boost the population's participation rate and the accessibility of related facilities. the document was issued by the general office of the communist party of china central committee and the general office of the state council.

近日，中共中央辦公廳、國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)了《關(guān)于構(gòu)建更高水平的全民健身公共服務(wù)體系的意見》。意見提出，擴(kuò)大公益性和基礎(chǔ)性服務(wù)供給，提高參與度，增強(qiáng)可及性，推動(dòng)全民健身公共服務(wù)體系覆蓋全民。

the national development and reform commission, china's top economic regulator, on wednesday unveiled the country's first medium- to long-term (2021-35) plan to promote high-quality development of the hydrogen industry in association with the national energy administration.

國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委、國(guó)家能源局3月23日聯(lián)合印發(fā)《氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中長(zhǎng)期規(guī)劃（2021-2035年）》，以推進(jìn)氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，這是我國(guó)首個(gè)氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)的中長(zhǎng)期規(guī)劃。

under the plan, china will seek to have around 50,000 hydrogen-fueled vehicles and a batch of hydrogen fueling stations by 2025.

one black box of the china eastern airlines jet that crashed on monday in the guangxi zhuang autonomous region was found on wednesday. the black box, one of two on the jet, was preliminarily identified as the cockpit voice recorder.

madeleine albright, the first female secretary of state of the united states, died wednesday, her family announced. she was 84.

albright died of cancer, her family said in a statement, adding she was "surrounded by family and friends" during the final moments of her life.
