作為südback的亞洲子展，國際烘焙店加盟及配套展覽會依托于德國südback積累四十余年的行業(yè)資源和展覽經(jīng)驗，在快速成長的中國烘焙店面領域，發(fā)起細分市場召集令，匯聚國內(nèi)外烘焙店面加盟及配套領域品牌。展品覆蓋烘焙生產(chǎn)設備和材料、店面加盟和管理、倉儲物流、信息服務等方面，為烘焙店面從業(yè)者提供的一站式采購平臺。

Expo Overview
The International Bake & Shop Expo is a special trade fair providing services for bakery stores, which strives to become a business and exchange platb at home and abroad for the bakery industry.

As a sub-exhibition of südback in Asia, the Expo is calling segment market players in the rapidly growing Chinese bakery industry and gathering various bakery brands (bakery franchisees and supporting product suppliers) domestically and bly.

By banking on südback's industry resources and exhibition experience for over forty years, the exhibitions of Bake & Shop range from baking equipment and materials, franchising and management, warehouse logistics to inbation services, providing a one-stop purchase platb for bakery practitioners.

The Expo estimates to welcome more than 500 baking and related enterprises at home and abroad. The international exhibition area accounts for 35% of the total area, while the domestic exhibition area accounts for 65%. It is expected to attract more than 8000 professional visitor, and generate nearly RMB 100 million (US$14.16 million) of promotional value for the bakery industry. Foreign hosted buyers, industry associations, bakery masters and chefs will also be invited to take part in the Expo.

The Exhibition Highlights

● The Expo is built on südback’s  over forty years of exhibition experience and abundant industry resources,and will gather domestic and foreign bakery brands as well as attract more than 8,000 buyers – both foreign and domestic.

●The Expo is a specialist trade fair providing special services for bakeries that cover the entire supply chain. It provides a purchase and exchange platb for 100,000 bakeries at home and abroad.

● The Hosted Buyer Negotiation Center provides accurate B2B matchmaking services for varying customers. Among them, 70% of hosted buyers have a personal annual purchasing budget totaling more than 50 million RMB.

● The Central Kitchen Experience Area provides an exhibition platb for raw material suppliers, equipment manufacturers, baking institutes, brand stores, and other clients to display their products and services.

● Numerous networking platbs and seminars will be held, such as Industry Seminar, Shop Owner Training and Bakers Training. Topics include: new retail channels, big data and industry 4.0. The seminars will enterprise to comprehend the general trend of industry development.
