應(yīng)客戶需要，我公司在2019年研發(fā)制造了該套新型金屬水磨砂光生產(chǎn)線。生產(chǎn)線采用先進的濕法金屬砂光設(shè)備，該設(shè)備可對各種金屬板材（如不銹鋼板，鋼板，鋁板，鎂板等）進行精細(xì)砂光和表面磨紋處理。既有效去除板材原有的雜紋，銹跡、斑點、輕微劃痕，雜質(zhì)及毛刺等，又可進一步表面拋光打磨處理，加工后的板材更有質(zhì)感，提升產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)，亮麗如新。

考慮金屬材質(zhì)的特性，容易沾染灰塵、易氧化、易劃傷，所以砂光處理后需隨即進行有效保護。根據(jù)這一特性，該生產(chǎn)線巧妙地將金屬砂光和圓盤打磨和烘干連線結(jié)合在一起，全自動操作，一次成型。設(shè)計理念科學(xué)、工藝先進，有效解決鈑金類工件深加工難題。主機設(shè)備采用1000mm三砂架設(shè)計，不同目數(shù)細(xì)砂紙由粗到細(xì)依次精細(xì)砂光，砂光精度高，可調(diào)可控。鍍鉻工藝表面處理砂架和工作室，防水防銹，耐用。特制海綿輪圓盤打磨拋光系統(tǒng)往復(fù)擺動，交叉無縫隙打磨拋光對工件表面磨砂成紋，工藝獨特。后經(jīng)瞬即烘干出成品。In response to customer needs, our company developed and manufactured this new set of bl water scrub sanding production line in 2019. The production line adopts advanced wet bl sanding equipment, which can perb fine sanding and surface grinding on various bl plates (such as stainless steel plates, steel plates, aluminum plates, magnesium plates, etc.). It not only effectively removes the original miscellaneous lines, rust, spots, slight scratches, impurities and burrs of the plate, but also further surface polishing and polishing.

Considering the particularity of bl materials, it is easy to be contaminated with dust, easy to oxidize, and easy to be scratched, so it needs to be effectively protected immediaby after sanding. According to this feature, the production line cleverly combines bl sanding with disc grinding and drying lines, fully automatic operation, one-time bing. The design concept is scientific and the technology is advanced, which effectively solves the problem of deep processing of sheet bl workpieces. The host equipment adopts 1000mm three-sand frame design, fine sandpaper with different mesh numbers is finely sanded in order from coarse to fine, the sanding precision is high, and it is adjustable and controllable. Chrome-plated surface treatment sand rack and studio, waterproof and rust-proof, high-grade and durable. The special sponge wheel disc grinding and polishing system oscillates back and forth, and the cross-free grinding and polishing grinds the surface of the workpiece into grain, and the process is unique. After instant drying, the finished product is obtained.
